Within a constantly changing world, we know that changes in our workplaces are not unusual. Over the past few years academic university libraries across Australia have regularly undergone restructures, causing grief and upheaval among their staff members. The experiences of these restructures vary depending on the individual circumstances of staff.

To assist in weathering future changes, we would like to equip you with tools and strategies to practice collective care. From this webinar, we hope that you will come away with, among other things, an understanding of what collective care is and how you can practice it as well as a gained confidence in setting boundaries and how to help others without adding to your own emotional load.

To help us do this, we are joined by Catherine Twiss, Principal Consultant at Catherine Twiss Consulting. With a career spanning 15+years Catherine has worked at all levels within an organisation from C-suite through to production workers enabling individuals to work through change and restructure, interpersonal conflict or team development and promote engagement and optimal functioning. While honing her skills in applying scientific rigor, and deepening her understanding of optimal human functioning - particularly within an organisational setting - Catherine completed a Masters of Organisational Psychology. This complements her previous qualifications in Psychology, Career Management and Philosophy.
